Huh?

You're on the verge of a title, with the Cavaliers giving the eventual champs their biggest test. You need one or two more key pieces to the puzzle. There's shooting guards, point guards, a scoring big man with a NCAA title - all needs, and all waiting to be picked.

And you pick J.J. Hickson. Doesn't he look inspiring?

A 19-year-old freshman who's not physically or emotionally mature. And who apparently has issues with his work ethic.

Joy.

Fire Danny Ferry.

Dont believe the poor work ethic BS from Bilas. He was the only one on his team putting in serious time training. The only one in the gym at 6am everyday. He may be young, but he is smarter than most collage basket ball players, good grades and was still going to class even though he knew he was leaving. He is a good rebounder and scorer, good post defense. His lower numbers were a factor of him being double teamed every game and sometimes triple teamed.

Obviously, I was wrong about J.J. Kudos to the commenter who set me straight.
